Eligibility Criteria for NHAI Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:-
1. Jt. Advisor (Product Management) –
- Bachelor’s in Science/Technology/Engineering/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management, experience with SDLC, task management software, and data analytics.
Age Limit:- Up to 48 years.
2.Asst. Advisor (Product Management) –
- Bachelor’s in Science/Technology/Engineering/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management, experience with SDLC, task management software, and data analytics.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
3. Asst. Advisor (GIS) –
- Master’s in Traffic and Transportation Planning/Urban Planning/Geo-informatics/Remote Sensing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in GIS analysis, experience in geospatial data management.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
4. Jt. Advisor (Solution Architecture) –
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in technology/solutions architecture, experience in large-scale ERP projects and governance frameworks.
Age Limit: Up to 48 years.
5. Jt. Advisor (Training and Support) –
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Human Resource Management (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in documentation management, customer support, and training program development.
Age Limit: Up to 48 years.
Pay Scale:-
(i) Joint Advisor (Product Management): Rs. 1,50,000 – 1,81,000/-Per Month
(ii) Asst. Advisor (Product Management): Rs. 1,10,000/- – 1,32,000/- Per Month
(iii) Asst. Advisor (GIS Specialist): Rs. 1,10,000/- – 1,32,000/- Per Month
(iv) Joint Advisor (Solution Architecture): Rs. 1,50,000 – 1,81,000/- Per Month
(v) Joint Advisor (Training and Support): Rs. 1,50,000 – 1,81,000/- Per Month
Selection Process for NHAI Recruitment 2024
