ITBP Telecommunication Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for the recruitment of Telecommunication (SI, HC and Constable) is available below, go through the listed points to check that you are eligible to apply or not.
SI (Telecommunication)
- A candidate must have pursued a BSc, BTech or BCA from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India.
- The candidate’s age shouldn’t be below 20 years and above 25 years.
HC (Telecommunication)
- Individuals must have passed the Intermediate with PCB stream, or have possessed ITI, or have completed the Diploma in Engineering.
- A candidate’s age must be below 18 and 25 years.
Constable (Telecommunication)
- The candidate must have passed the Matriculation (Class X) examination from a school recognised by the Central or State Board.
- A candidate must have turned at least 18 years, and he/she shouldn’t exceed 23 years.
The cut off date to calculate the age is December 14, 2024, the upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC/ST.
ITBP Telecommunication Application Fee 2024
To apply for the recruitment of Telecom positions in the ITBP a candidate who belongs to UR, EWS or OBC are required to make payment of ₹100/- and ₹200/- in case of applying for Constable or Head Constable and Sub Inspector, respectively. Individuals belonging to SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
